- Sheikh Zayed Road: A few minutes walk from the famous lifeline road of Dubai, featuring numerous hotels, clubs, cafes, shopping, and shisha joints.
Getting Around:
The nearest metro station to our apartment is Financial Center Station, just 1.1 km away (a 10-minute walk). Additionally, you can easily take a direct metro from the airport to get here.
House Rules:
1. All guests must provide a passport copy before check-in as required by DTCM (Dubai Tourism Department) and building management.
2. Prior to check-in, the Holiday Home Guest check-in document must be signed by the guest, forming a Holiday Home contract between the Licensee and the Guest.
3.Access cards and keys are essential assets of the property. In case of loss, a replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged per card.
4. Respect the property's residential amenities, security, and neighbors. Please avoid any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
5. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM, including during arrival and departure.
6. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas.
7. Children under 14 must be supervised in all recreational areas.
8. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval from the owner.
9. Comply with vehicle parking rules and show consideration to others, minimizing disturbances.
10. Dispose of garbage and recycling according to the Unit, building, or community guidelines, using the allocated bins and areas.
11. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas and must follow the relevant garbage and recycling collection schedules and requirements.
12. Guests are responsible for their valuable personal belongings. The management will not be liable for any loss.

fevereiro 2026We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. In the building, the swimming pool and the gym are really great. It’s also very convenient to stay above the mall (Gate Avenue) and right in the heart of the financial district (DIFC). Good to know if you’re coming by car and staying for several days: in this very central area, parking spaces are often expensive, especially during the daytime.

outubro 2024Nice and simple unit with direct access to DIFC Gate Avenue building. You don't even need to go outside. A lot of restaurants nearby, offices, carrefour shop with food and more. The Building itself provides outstanding pool area and modern Gym. I am fully satisfied with my stay. The only thing which needs to be upgraded, its the shower cabin, its pretty small.

I had a slight issue with the air conditioner unit which I reported and it was resolved within the day. I was very pleased with the service and communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. agosto 2024What a great host. Flat was nice. Building is not new but the property is kept well and all the facilities you need for a one week business trip are there. The place was clean and the host was awesome. Very responsive and so conscious that he wanted to make sure you had everything you need. Would stay here again without hesitation. Oh btw this place is amazing if you need to be in DIFC
