House Rules:

1. All guests must provide a passport copy before check-in as required by DTCM (Dubai Tourism Department) and building management.
2. Prior to check-in, the Holiday Home Guest check-in document must be signed by the guest, forming a Holiday Home contract between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. Access cards and keys are essential assets of the property. If lost, the replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
4. Respect the property's residential amenities, security, and neighbors. Please avoid any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
5. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM, including during arrival and departure.
6. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas.
7. Children under 14 must be supervised in all recreational areas.
8. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval from the owner.
9. Comply with vehicle parking rules and show consideration to others, minimizing disturbances.
10. Dispose of garbage and recycling according to the Unit, building, or community guidelines, using the allocated bins and areas.
11. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas and must follow the relevant garbage and recycling collection schedules and requirements.
12. Guests are responsible for their valuable personal belongings. The management will not be liable for any loss.

I stayed with my family for four days and having a 1 year old toddler, the apartment and its location really suited me. Akshay was very communicative from check-in to check out and made sure we had a comfortable stay. He paid attention to the requests I had for my toddler. The views from the apartment are stunning and the amenities in it were perfect for the short stay. The location is so central and it was very easy to go to the various sightseeing locations or restaurants. The doorstep grocery and food deliveries were very helpful. Cabs were almost instantly available to book every single time. I recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in Dubai.

Bonjour, le logement est excellent avec une très très bonne vue sur la piscine sur Downtown et surtout sur le Burge Khalifa, la vue est meilleure en réel qu’en photo. Un hôte très accueillant et à disposition en cas de besoin. Je n’avais pas de lessive pour faire ma machine à laver, il m’a fait envoyer de la lessive au domicile gratuitement. Le logement spacieux peut accueillir jusqu’à quatre personnes avec ses deux toilettes, grande chambre et son très grand salon . Je recommande fortement ce logement
